Description
Duct line HCH-II has a fully hydraulic drive system that offers maximum force, strength and durability, is the high cost-effective equipment which is suitable for the production of TDF flange, Right-Angle Flange Forming as well as the TDF flange.
All the notching for making ducts will be finished within 8 seconds. This coil line is good at ducts blanking.
Coil line HCH-II is mainly for TDF flange blanking, meanwhile, it can be used for normal sheet blanking. Matched with LTA-12A/ Pittsburgh lock former/ TDF folding machine and Angle joints, this duct line can produce very good TDF ducts.
Basic configuration:
1. One sets of single-motor driven dual-decoilers (Maximum capacity of 6-ton per station)
2. Straightener unit with Beader
3. Punch tie rod hole for duct bracing (Optional)
4. Four hydraulic notching die
5. Hydraulic shearing unit
Product introduction
1.With cut-to-length system, this coil line can match with Plasma cutting machine perfectly.
2.Plate notching for making “C Cleat” or “S Cleat” connection, this coil line will match the corresponding lock formers
3.Plate notching for making TDF flange connection, this coil line will match the TDF flange former and TDF folding machine
